Last night we started a tradition. I've been meaning to do it for a few years, but never got organized enough to do it. Click here for detailed instructions. It would make a great family activity any time of the year. Object lessons are one of the funnest ways I know to teach my kids.

He is not here. He has risen just as He said.Another thing I've been meaning to do for a few years is make resurrection eggs. I finally did this and shared it with my Primary class today. They loved it and we'll use it for family night as well.
There's a Brigham Young University Men's Chorus CD called "Awake My Soul." It has traditional hymns, but also folk hymns and is very praise oriented. At a time in my life when I needed it most, I pulled strength from this music. We got it out the other night after studying the life of Francis of Assisi to listen to some of the words he penned. It has brought back such emotions and praise for the Savior. I had forgotten.
My favorite line in all of this music comes from a 19th century hymn called "Fight the Good Fight With All Thy Might." The line says, "Christ is the path, and Christ the prize." To get a flavor for this music, click here. Words alone can't unfold those feelings that music portrays.
