Pies

I'm only writing this blog post to post the link to a recipe I don't want to lose.

A while back, Joseph introduced me to the sandwiches and desserts at Grand Traverse Pie Company. Pretty much, if you aren't from Michigan, I feel sorry for you!

Anyway, I love their fruit crumb pies and have copied a few of them in the last few months. While I was searching for a crumb recipe, I came upon this one. It makes for a pretty good copycat of GTPC crumb pies.
