Who do you think takes the most drawn out baths, making sure to clean every inch?
Yes, that's right, American Robin is our most prolific bather. Then Mr. or Mrs. Robin (you can tell this by the color of the head) steps onto the side of the bath and preens and shakes. We've also noticed that robins are excellent advertisers for the birdbath. Other birds notice water flying through the air and come to take a drink or even a bath.
Nathan is a bird lister. He has some interesting lists, including one for which species of birds have bathed at our birdbath. Pretty fun stuff!
