1. What is your occupation?

Husband and Father first. Second is Interim Director of the Office of Educational Assessment & Accountability for the Michigan Department of Education. Recently I have also been the manager of general populations assessments and a psychometrician for the Department.

2. What color are your socks?

Grey.

3. What are you listening to right now?

I am listening to Cindi whistle the tune of "Amazing Grace." Unlike mine, her whistle is pleasant and calming.

4. What was the last thing you ate?

Hawaiian Haystacks. Cindi made them while we were at church and she was home with May.

Yes.

BYU blue.

Cindi. I called home on the way to church.

Frozen Whole Fruit Smoothies!

Men's Court Volleyball

Nope.

None! I am so allergic!

Cindi's Teriyaki Chicken.

Taliban (a history of where it came from and where it is now)

The day of Priesthood session in General Conference.

Say grumpy things.

Our trampoline.

Spring. Fall fills me with dread of winter.

Cindi's chocolate cream pie!

Seven people, three bedrooms, one makeshift bedroom, a small kitchen/dining room, and one bathroom. SMALL and CRAMPED!

20. When was the last time you cried?

Watching "Iraq in Fragments."

21. What is on the floor of your closet?

No comment...Actually, my closet is very small and I have my clothes there in a semi-organized fashion. That's putting it generously.

Baby powder.

Children.

Cheesy and spicy. Neither is sufficient alone.

Dead.

Six: Van, Car, House, Garage, Church, Office.

Saturday. I like being home.

Five provinces of Guatemala whose names escape me. Two states: Michigan and Utah.
