We drove through the southern part of Minnesota, but didn't stop to see any sites. We did stay in a town called Blue Earth. Just down the street from our motel was a 60 foot statue of the Jolly Green Giant. Elijah pointed out that same guy on our frozen peas that we stirred into the Chicken A La King tonight. Blue Earth, what a cool name for a town!
